However, natural environments are unpredictable, and details such as itineraries, wildlife sightings, and accommodation descriptions may vary due to weather, park regulations, and seasonal changes.
Safaris take place in wild, uncontrolled habitats. While every effort is made to deliver the planned experience, sightings of specific animals or natural events cannot be guaranteed. Safety is our top priority, and adjustments may be made in response to conditions on the ground.
JumboTrails acts as a licensed Tanzanian tour operator working with independent lodges, camps, transport providers, and guides. We carefully select our partners but cannot accept liability for any injury, damage, delay, or loss arising from the actions or omissions of third parties, natural occurrences, or circumstances beyond our control.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and appropriate travel and medical insurance, including coverage for cancellation, evacuation, and personal belongings. We strongly advise confirming these before departure.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel safaris, routes, or accommodations for reasons of safety, force majeure, or operational necessity. When changes occur, equivalent alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
